Update in process. . . please be patient.

Richard J. Sullivan
Co-founder
Richard J. Sullivan is a true entrepreneur.  His first participation in founding a technology company yielded a purchase to French conglomerate Schlumberger for the highest price paid to that date for an OTC stock - $76 per share.  Since then, Dick has founded several companies - a manufacturing software firm, White Hat Systems, later purchased by Pacific Telesis and a CAD/CAM firm, Encode Technology, that was second in the industry.

More recently, Dick founded high tech company Applied Digital which was recognized as one of the country’s fastest growing companies in revenue and earnings and which topped the NASDAQ in trading volume.  That company, in turn, spawned two more successful public companies – Digital Angel (NASDAQ: DIGI) and Verichip (NASDAQ: CHIP).  Dick received the prestigious World Economic Forum’s “Award for Advanced Chip Technology” presented in Davos, Switzerland in 2001.  President Bush invited Dick and other technology leaders to a breakfast discussing the best uses of technology in combating terrorism following 911.

In 1995, Applied Digital acquired Cra-Tek Manufacturing of Sacramento, CA, a specialty manufacturer that builds industrial control panels and provides contract maintenance services to its customers.  Additionally, in 2001 Applied Digital acquired Signature Industries, Ltd., London.  Signature designs and manufactures personal locator beacons used by navy, air corps and army forces on every continent.  A third Applied Digital electrical services division, located in St. Lake City, provided cabling services and communication services for the U.S. Olympic team athletes living quarters.

Applied Digital was the subject of two Harvard Business School case studies. The first followed the company's efforts to build a marketing plan for its Digital Angel GPS/wireless personal security device. The study detailed the market research and focus group studies of Alzheimer's, elderly and young child target populations and the resulting brand building and product awareness programs that were created to support the launch of the product.

The second study followed the successful merger of Digital Angel and Outerlink Corp., a client of Zero Stage Capital Funds, Boston, MA. The study details Digital Angel's evaluation of the value proposition presented by the acquisition, potential synergies between the two RFID firms and ways the principals of the two companies could better implement their finance and product strategies as a combined entity.

Dick is currently Chairman of the Board of Argo Digital Solutions, Inc., Ft. Lauderdale, FL.  Argo is an industry pioneer in the digital out-of-home (“DOOH”) advertising media market.  Argo has recently earned industry attention for its rVue® web-based ad syndication service.  The rVue service connects advertisers with networks of public-area large-screen displays (malls, retail stores, entertainment venues, etc.) in much the same way Google Ads connects advertisers with websites.   Argo’s service promises to standardize, unify and consolidate the DOOH industry, becoming a de facto standard for DOOH ad buying.

Dick has had his own merger and acquisition business since the mid-1980's.  Solutions, Inc. is headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL.  He is also co-founder of Vox Equity Capital, a specialized private equity fund manager that has been purchasing bank private equity portfolio investments since 2006.

Dick is Entrepreneur in Residence with Accretive Exit Partners, LLC, Boston, Massachusetts (“AEP”) whose business is taking positions in mid-stage private companies, replacing financing partners who wish to divest themselves of their equity share of those businesses.  Dick recently founded World Capital Markets, Inc. to leverage resources available on the Internet and promote Solutions and its portfolio companies.  WCM is now making those resources available to all who are interested in investments, acquisitions, divestitures and financings.
